As a proud homeowner, Ria Abear wants to spread the word about how real estate changes lives for the better. She’s focused on helping others enrich their lives with generational wealth, citing her firsthand experience of real estate’s limitless possibilities. Having completed the Mortgage Loan Origination (MLO) exam, Ria brings an in-depth knowledge of the preapproval process to her clients, giving them an edge and elevating their confidence as she guides them through their transaction.
Ria was born in the Philippines where she began working as an occupational therapist, honing an empathy and compassion that remain useful in her real estate career. After attending an inspirational webinar hosted by JohnHart CEO Harout Keuroghlian, Ria felt a new fascination for real estate that she couldn’t ignore. She applied her trademark drive and determination to obtaining both her MLO certification and real estate license. Today, she primarily keeps her focus on residential transactions, but plans on moving into commercial real estate as well.
As a joyful wife and proud mother of two, a 19-year-old daughter and 4-year-old son, family is vital to Ria. She loves traveling and exploring new places while learning about diverse cultures.
